Job title: Human Resource Generalist

Job Description:

Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Manage Benefits & Compensation, and HR compliance
Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues
Analyze HR data and provide insights for organizational improvement
Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs

Qualification: 

 

First degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
ACIPM (Mandatory Requirement)
7+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labour laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in the use of HR software and systems

Job title: Oil and Gas Marketer

Job Description:

Undertake the development of Energy/Oil & Gas businesses.
Engage in effective Risk Assessment for profitable risk acceptance.
Participate in policy placement activities.
Effectively develop and implement marketing, sales, and relationship-building strategies.
Client Support, Claims Support.
Manage policy administration tasks, including policy issuance, renewal, and cancellation.
Consistently display up-to-date knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry Trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.

Qualification: 

 

First degree (Insurance or any other related field).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Energy/Oil & Gas insurance.
Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Relevant professional certifications, such as AIIN, are an added advantage.
Ability to build relationships, communicate complex insurance concepts, and negotiate with brokers, underwriters, and clients.
Ability to analyze complex risks, identify potential exposures, and develop creative solutions.
