The Company’s issued share capital of N7,000,000,000 is made up of 14,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 50k each which are held by Nigerian individuals and institutional investors.
According to the register of members, no shareholder other than the following, Bayelsa State Ministry of Finance Incorporated (BSMFI), Stanbic IBTC Nominees Nigeria Limited and Apel Asset Limited-Nominee held more than 5% of the issued share capital of the company as at 31 December 2023.
